#tuesdaycorenight #1 – August 11, 2015

Every Tuesday I will post our schedule for the night so you can follow along. You only have to commit to 14 minutes one night a week and you can do it in the comfort of your own home! You can’t beat that! 1 min: crunches (keep legs at 90 degrees)

1 min: leg lifts

1 min: bicycles

1 min: scissors

1 min: mason twists

1 min: oblique ‘v’ ups

2 minute rest
